She is known for strong narrative craft, a distinctive visual sensibility, and a clear instinct for original, commercially driven ideas.

She began her career as a marketing executive at PolyGram Records before transitioning into film and television. There, she developed and produced projects such as Comic Relief, The BAFTA TV Awards, and Long Lost Family for major UK broadcasters including the BBC, ITV, and Channel 4. This early work established her foundation in large-scale creative development, close collaboration with talent, and audience-first storytelling.

She writes, develops, directs, and produces a diverse slate of film and television projects, drawing on a background that also includes directing music videos, commercials, and live stage performance.
